The Employee Relations and Growth Manager is responsible for fostering a positive employee experience by driving employee engagement, retention, grievance management, learning and development initiatives, and overall workforce well-being. The role focuses on building a healthy work culture, strengthening employee relationships, and supporting employees in their professional growth and development.
- Manage end to end Training and Development across all the departments.
- Coordinate induction, and skill enhancement programs.
- Facilitate leadership, behavioral, and professional development initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee growth outcomes.
- Drive employee welfare initiatives and well-being programs.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and employee-centric work culture.
- Actively work towards improving employee morale and workplace experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
- Ensure timely investigation and resolution of employee complaints.
- Maintain confidentiality and fairness in grievance handling.
- Escalate critical concerns to leadership and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
- Address disciplinary issues and behavioral concerns in consultation with leadership.
- Conduct sessions and corrective action discussions where required.
- Maintain records of disciplinary actions and employee relations matters.
- Promote accountability, professionalism, and a culture of responsibility across the organization.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies.
- Identify attrition risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
