Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and technology needs.
- Present and promote the company's web development, mobile app development, and digital solutions services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, Web & Mobile Applications , Business Development, or Technology Consulting.
- Strong understanding of Web Development and Mobile Application Development services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound sales strategies is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate Joiner or candidates with short notice periods.
- Experience in selling custom software, web applications, mobile applications, SaaS, or digital solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
