We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3+ years of experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring direct clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth within the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new direct clients across the United States.
- Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver qualified candidates.
- Negotiate contracts, rate cards, and service agreements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to account management.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of staffing opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development within the US Staffing industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing direct client accounts.
- Strong understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.
- Experience working with MSP, VMS, and direct clients is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT Staffing, Engineering Staffing, Healthcare Staffing, or Professional Staffing.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
