HR Intern – Recruitment & Business Development
Stipend: ₹3,000 per month

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to support our IT & Non-IT Recruitment and Business Development activities. This internship offers practical exposure to talent acquisition, client coordination, lead generation, and recruitment consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and schedule interviews.
- Manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support business development activities through lead generation and client outreach.
- Assist in client follow-ups and market research.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers for timely closures.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate / MBA HR / Final Year Students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Recruitment, HR, and Business Development.
