Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Create and coordinate content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct SEO and SEM activities to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify new growth opportunities.
- Assist in lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Basic understanding of website management and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
