We are seeking a professional, organized, and clinically skilled Clinic Assistant / Nurse to join our team. This role serves as a vital pillar of our daily operations, providing high-quality procedural assistance, clinical support, and empathetic front-of-house management. Because our clinic uniquely integrates Evidence-Based Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine, Medical Genetics, and Nutrition, the ideal candidate will blend strong clinical nursing skills with exceptional patient-centered communication.
Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical Procedure Assistance Procedural Support: Assist the medical team directly during clinical and aesthetic dermatological procedures, maintaining sterile fields and passing instruments as required.
Patient Preparation & Aftercare:
Prepare patients physically and psychologically for medical or aesthetic interventions; provide clear, evidence-based post-procedure care instructions.
Sterilization & Safety:Manage the cleaning, sterilization, and autoclaving of surgical and aesthetic instruments, strictly adhering to medical infection control protocols.
Emergency Readiness: Maintain clinical emergency kits and ensure all procedural equipment is calibrated and functioning perfectly.
2. Patient Experience & Front Office Support Appointment Coordination: Manage the digital scheduling system across multiple specialties (Dermatology, Aesthetics, Genetics, Nutrition), optimizing clinical flow to minimize patient wait times.
Inquiry Management:Address patient queries via phone, email, or messaging platforms, handling sensitive information regarding medical histories or genetic consultations with absolute confidentiality. Patient Notes & Data: Guide patients through initial documentation and assist in taking accurate, systematic pre-consultation notes or tracking metrics for nutritional and metabolic follow-ups english and Kannada proficiency.
3. Inventory & Digital Records EHR Management: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date digital patient charts within the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory for clinical consumables, specialized procedural packs, skincare products, and nutritional supplements. Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience Education: GNM(General Nursing and Midwifery), or a valid Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution. Registration: Active registration with the Nursing Council. Experience:0–3 years of clinical experience, preferably within a dermatology clinic, premium aesthetic center, or day-care surgical unit. Experience assisting in minor procedures is highly valued.
Key Competencies Clinical Competence: Sharp technical skills in wound dressing, sterilization protocols, and handling dermatological/aesthetic equipment. Ethical Grounding: A deep commitment to medical ethics, patient privacy, and maintaining clear professional boundaries. Adaptability: Ability to transition smoothly between a precise clinical environment (assisting in a procedure) and an organized administrative role (managing patient flow).
