We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Networking Operator to manage, monitor, and maintain our organization’s network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth network operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting users with connectivity and system-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network systems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Configure and install network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Troubleshoot network issues and ensure minimal downtime
- Provide technical support to users for network and connectivity problems
- Perform regular network performance checks and upgrades
- Maintain network security and ensure data protection
- Document network configurations and incidents
- Coordinate with vendors or IT teams for advanced support
