About Us-Cyborg Robotics Academy is a pioneer in Robotics and STEM education with over a decade of experience and 6,000+ students trained. We specialize in “Learning by Doing,” offering courses in Robotics, Electronics, Coding, and STEM Competitions. As we grow, we seek a dynamic Sales & Business Development Officer to drive enrolments, build partnerships, and expand our presence in schools, corporates, and communities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, parents, and students warmly and assist them with inquiries about courses and trial classes.
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp messages, respond to basic queries, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Invite leads (from contact lists, walk-ins, or online inquiries) to visit the center for demo sessions.
- Learn and explain course details, FAQs, and fee structures confidently to parents.
- Coordinate with trainers and management to schedule and update classes.
- Maintain front-desk records—visitor logs, inquiries, and class schedules.
- Assist in basic admin work, documentation, and coordination tasks as required.
- Support daily office operations and help during workshops or events.
Candidate Requirements
- Good spoken English and communication skills are a must.
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email).
- Friendly, polite, and patient in dealing with parents and students.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Available to work on weekends (Tuesday fixed off).
- Qualification is not a major criterion; willingness to learn and sincerity are valued.
