- Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings.
- Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, tender drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Create municipal drawings for approvals under BMC / MMRDA / MHADA / SRA / MIDC as per project needs.
- Ensure all drawings comply with DCR norms, UDCPR, FSI calculations, fire norms, and building bye-laws.
- Convert conceptual sketches and design inputs into accurate AutoCAD drawings and presentation layouts.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for design alignment and technical clarity.
- Prepare area statements, door-window schedules, and construction detailing.
- Support architects in preparing layouts for client presentations and internal reviews.
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and ensure drawings match on-ground execution.
- Maintain organized drawing records, revision logs, and documentation.
- Work closely with architects and consultants to resolve design-related issues.
- Stay updated with changes in municipal regulations and development control rules.
