Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Sales Operations Executive to manage customer coordination, dispatch operations, sales support, payment follow-ups, and CRM reporting. The candidate will coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounts, and clients to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatches and delivery tracking with warehouse & logistics teams
- Share docket details and delivery updates with clients
- Monitor sales team attendance, visit reports, and daily activity
- Maintain CRM records, follow-up logs, and secondary sales reports
- Verify billing and coordinate replacements & Credit Note (CN) approvals
- Follow up for pending payments and share collection reports
- Resolve customer queries through internal coordination
- Share stock availability, pricing, and billing updates
- Follow up with inactive clients for business reactivation
- Maintain operational reports and documentation
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of billing, dispatch, logistics, and CRM processes
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and CRM software
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and documentation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years experience in CRM, operations, or sales coordination
- FMCG / Distribution / Electronics industry experience preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
