Job Summary
Sky Fit is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage the end-to-end procurement process for interior fit-out, furniture, event setup, fabrication, and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with Project, Production, Store, and Accounts teams for material planning.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites and warehouses.
- Track purchase orders and resolve delivery or quality-related issues.
- Maintain vendor database, procurement records, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
- Prepare procurement MIS reports and cost comparison statements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase.
- Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Furniture, Construction, Manufacturing, or Event Industry will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
