Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our HR team as Recruiters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings across different industries. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and HR practices.
