You will work closely with the senior leadership of IMB to identify new markets, establish institutional partnerships, and execute strategies that translate into quality student enrolments.

## Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute annual business development and student recruitment strategies.
* Represent IMB at colleges, universities, career guidance programmes, seminars, webinars, education fairs, and industry events.
* Build long-term relationships with Principals, Placement Officers, Faculty Members, Academic Coordinators, Career Counsellors, Educational Consultants, and Coaching Institutes.
* Identify and develop new admission channels and strategic partnerships.
* Deliver impactful presentations to students, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
* Plan and coordinate campus outreach initiatives, workshops, and engagement programmes.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to maximise lead generation and conversion.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to recommend growth strategies.
* Maintain a healthy admissions pipeline and ensure timely follow-up of prospective candidates.
* Prepare periodic reports, forecasts, and performance updates for the management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
