Hiring: Manager – Operations & MIS

ABI is looking for an experienced and analytical professional for the role of Manager – Operations & MIS to support operational excellence through effective MIS reporting, production analysis, manpower tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
✔ Track production plans vs actual performance and highlight variances
✔ Monitor manpower utilization, attendance, shift allocation, and productivity
✔ Analyze operational data and support management decision-making
✔ Coordinate with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, and HR teams
✔ Drive reporting accuracy, process improvements, and automation initiatives
✔ Lead and guide junior MIS executives
Requirements
✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
✅ Good communication and team management skills
✅ Experience in manufacturing / operations environment preferred
Preferred Profile
Advanced Excel & reporting expertise
Exposure to production planning and supply chain operations
Engineering + Management background Preferred
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
