Job Description – Web Developer
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Web Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in both front-end and back-end development, be capable of handling multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications based on business requirements.
- Develop and customize WordPress and Shopify websites, including e-commerce solutions, themes, plugins, and integrations.
- Build and maintain websites using modern web technologies, integrate payment gateways, APIs, and third-party services, and manage SQL databases.
- Monitor website performance, security, backups, hosting, and deployments while troubleshooting technical issues and implementing enhancements.
- Attend client meetings to gather requirements, provide technical consultation, present project updates, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to implement new features and updates.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance the company's digital presence.
Required Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development principles.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce website development and customization.
- Strong working knowledge of React.js, Node.js, PHP, Python, and Django frameworks.
- Experience with SQL databases, REST APIs, payment gateway integration, Git/version control, and website deployment.
- Understanding of website security, performance optimization, SEO best practices, and hosting environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in web development.
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications.
- Verbal proficiency in English with good presentation and client communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
