Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business applications.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize application reliability and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing and maintaining SAP landscapes including system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of database administration and performance tuning related to SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent understanding of transport management and system security within SAP Basis.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
