Description
As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant , you will be responsible for leading Dynamics 365 consulting engagements, designing enterprise-grade solutions, and driving successful implementation and delivery for clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership teams to define solution strategies, architect scalable Microsoft Dynamics solutions, and ensure delivery excellence. This role requires strong expertise across Dynamics 365 CE, Finance & Operations (F&O), Business Central, and Power Platform , along with consulting, architecture, and client management capabilities.
Responsibilities
You will be working as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, collaborating with clients, sales teams, solution architects, and delivery teams to design and implement enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions. You would be required to participate in pre-sales activities, client workshops, architecture discussions, and delivery governance.
Your key Responsibilities will include:
- Leading p re-sales and solutioning activities including RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, solution proposals, POCs, and client demonstrations.
- Architecting end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across CRM and ERP platforms including:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Field Service
- Marketing
- Project Operations
- Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Business Central
- Defining technical architecture, customization approach, integration strategy, and development standards for Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Conducting requirement gathering workshops, business process discussions, and solution design reviews with client stakeholders.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Reviewing configurations, customizations, code quality, and ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices.
- Supporting UAT processes, deployment activities, and overall delivery governance.
- Developing reusable accelerators, templates, documentation, and best practices to strengthen the Dynamics 365 practice.
- Mentoring junior consultants and supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Required Skills
Primary Technical Skills:
- 8–9 years of total IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and consulting experience .

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect – Highly Preferred

- Experience working in a Microsoft Partner / IT Services organization is highly preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
