Sales Manager
Location: Calicut
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Manager to strengthen client relationships, support business development initiatives, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through regular outreach and networking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and follow-up communications.
- Connect with potential customers and schedule meetings to introduce the company's services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and timely service delivery.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in converting enquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of enquiries, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Contribute to business growth through consistent client engagement and relationship management.
- Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and other sales-related updates.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while supporting customer retention initiatives.
Eligibility & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Experience in membership sales, insurance, real estate, direct sales, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-focused approach with a business-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and meet clients on a regular basis.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
