Position Overview
The Personal Assistant (PA) provides high-level administrative and organizational support to an individual or executive. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, communications, and tasks, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence (emails, letters, reports).
- Task & Project Management
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with personal and professional projects.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries or presentations.
- Communication & Liaison
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Personal Assistance
- Manage personal errands, reservations, and household coordination if required.
- Organize events, social engagements, and travel itineraries.
- Maintain confidentiality in all personal and professional matters.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling tools, and digital productivity apps.
- Discretion, reliability, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in administrative support preferred.
Work Environment
