@Job Title: Security Guard & Driver Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and disciplined individual to serve as both a Security Guard and Driver. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, personnel, and assets, while also providing safe and timely transportation as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Duties:
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises regularly
- Control access to the property (visitors, vehicles, staff)
- Check CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Report suspicious activities or security breaches immediately
- Maintain daily logs of activities and incidents
- Ensure safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed
- Conduct security checks of buildings, gates, and surroundings
Driving Duties:
- Safely transport employer, staff, or goods as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Plan routes to ensure timely arrival
- Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure, etc.)
- Keep records of travel and vehicle maintenance
- Assist with loading/unloading if required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Guard and/or Driver
- Valid driving license (LMV or relevant category)
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Physically fit and alert
- Good observation and communication skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Security training certification
- Defensive driving training
- Prior experience in a similar dual-role position
