Dear Candidate,
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of financial accounting, inventory accounting, statutory compliance, and ERP-based accounting systems. The role requires close coordination with the Purchase, Stores, Production, and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and record day-to-day financial transactions, including journal entries, payment/receipt vouchers, and ledger postings.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Manage inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and consumables, ensuring timely stock reconciliation and resolution of inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory valuation and coordinate with Stores and Production for accurate stock accounting.
- Process vendor invoices, verify purchase documents (POs & GRNs), prepare payment schedules, and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Generate customer invoices, monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on collections, and reconcile customer accounts.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, monitor banking transactions, and resolve unreconciled entries.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), assist with TDS compliance, and support statutory, internal, and GST audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, budget analysis, and management reports to support business decision-making.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP systems and ensure proper financial documentation for audit and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance within a Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, or Plant environment.
- Hands-on experience in inventory accounting, GST filing, stock reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation.
- Experience working with ERP-based accounting systems is preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
