Job Summary:
We are looking for a high ownership L&D Manager who will build and govern the internal training ecosystem at Itvedant. This is not a training delivery role. The core responsibility will be to ensure every employee is trained, assessed, and productive by: Driving structured onboarding Enabling managers to conduct training for better effeciency Governing training execution Ensuring measurable impact on performance
Roles & Responsibilities:
Onboarding Governance:
Design and upload structured onboarding for all roles new joiners. Ensure alignment with the 3A Framework (Attendance, Assignment, Assessment) Track onboarding completion and readiness via Pulse/Wings Ensure new hires achieve defined productivity milestones
The "Onboarding" Journey:
Design and manage a high-impact 30-60-90 day induction for all new hires, ensuring they are culturally aligned and technically "job-ready" using our 3A (Attendance, Assignment, Assessment) framework.
Training Content Library:
Collaborate with our SMEs & HODs to transfer their knowledge into a video and later upload it in our LMS.
Gap Analysis & Skills Mapping:
Regularly conduct and analyse BQM reports to identify skill gaps across department executives and aligning training initiatives with the low performers.
LMS Management:
Own the administration of our LMS and training & development for employees with lean and structured governance.
Job Qualifications & Skills Sets:
- Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s, Education, or a related field.
- Instructional Design: Proven ability to create engaging training materials; familiarity and handson with AI.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to prove the ROI of training
