We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive patient acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and increase brand awareness
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other online platforms
- Identify and implement patient acquisition and business development strategies
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and community outreach programs
- Manage the hospital's branding and marketing communications
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient preferences
- Prepare marketing reports and performance analyses for management review
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective campaign execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and branding
- Proven experience in business development and patient acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and marketing campaigns effectively
