Position Overview:
The Manager - CSR Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships is a strategic role aimed at driving APD’s engagement with corporate partners to secure funds and support for its impactful programs. The role is critical to achieving the annual fundraising target of ₹5 crores ( New Acquisitions ) and requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in corporate fundraising within the NGO sector. This role offers a competitive incentive plan starting at 80% of the target achieved.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy to achieve the annual target of ₹5 crores.

Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with corporates under their CSR initiatives.

Prepare customized proposals and presentations tailored to corporate priorities and APD’s programs.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate donors to ensure sustained support.

Collaborate with corporates to align their CSR goals with APD’s programs, creating impactful partnerships.

Manage end-to-end donor engagement, from onboarding to project reporting and impact demonstration.

Donor Relationship Management:

Maintain a comprehensive donor database to track interactions and ensure effective communication.

Organize events, site visits, and engagement activities to strengthen donor relationships.

Represent APD at corporate forums, CSR conclaves, and networking events to increase visibility and secure partnerships.

Stay updated on CSR trends, government guidelines, and best practices in corporate fundraising.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with program teams to design impactful projects that align with donor requirements.

Coordinate with finance and compliance teams to ensure proper utilization and reporting of funds.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Track and report progress on fundraising targets to senior leadership.

Ensure timely submission of impact reports and compliance documentation to donors.

Incentive payout begins at 80% of the annual target achieved, with additional rewards for exceeding targets.
Must-Have Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate fundraising within the NGO sector.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding fundraising targets, with experience securing large CSR grants.

Strong understanding of CSR policies, corporate priorities, and donor engagement strategies.

Excellent networking and negotiation skills to build and sustain high-value partnerships.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey impact effectively.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Kannada is a plus.

Demonstrated prior people management exeperience.with the ability to effectively lead,coach, and manage teams.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹9,00,000 CTC per annum.

Incentives: Performance-based as per the grid, starting at 80% of the annual target achieved.
