Position: Electrical Engineer – Controls, Wiring & Machine Commissioning
Job Overview
We are looking for a practical and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to support the assembly, wiring, testing, and commissioning of industrial machinery. The role involves integrating electrical systems, control panels, sensors, motors, and automation components into completed machines and ensuring reliable operation before delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical assembly and wiring of machines and control panels.
- Install and connect motors, sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, switches, heaters, and other electrical components.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical, control, and integration issues during assembly and testing.
- Configure and test control systems, safety interlocks, and machine operating sequences.
- Verify machine performance through testing and commissioning procedures.
- Coordinate with mechanical engineers during machine integration and final assembly.
- Maintain documentation related to wiring, testing, and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and best practices.
- Support installation and troubleshooting activities when required.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial machine wiring, panel building, controls, or equipment commissioning preferred.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and control systems.
- Hands-on experience with workshop tools and testing equipment such as multimeters and clamp meters.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation systems.
- Experience with VFDs, temperature controllers, and industrial sensors.
- Understanding of industrial safety standards and machine control systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
