1. Lead, supervise, and mentor the CRE team to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
2. Monitor team performance, productivity, and customer engagement activities.
3. Oversee all customer inquiries from social media, website, referrals, and other channels.
4. Ensure timely follow-ups and successful conversion of leads into studio visits and memberships.
5. Train and support team members on customer handling, sales techniques, and company services.
6. Coordinate with studio teams to ensure smooth scheduling and customer onboarding.
7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and lead conversions.
8. Manage and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
9. Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high service standards.
10. Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
11. Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
