Job Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Prepare and process purchase, sales, and service invoices.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in manufacturing, trading, steel, construction, or industrial sectors will be preferred.
Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
CA Inter/CMA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.
