Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in end-to-end sales for IT Services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, client relationship management, negotiation, and sales closure. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by targeting international markets, managing the complete sales cycle, and leading the business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Generate qualified leads through inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in international markets (US, UK, Europe, APAC, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and successfully close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's global presence.
- Manage and mentor the Business Development team, ensuring high performance and target achievement.
- Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance using CRM tools.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and virtual conferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
- Proven experience in end-to-end sales within IT Services.
- Strong experience in inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Excellent client handling and relationship management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Experience selling to international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT service offerings.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a business development team.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
