Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who can drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, site visits, and networking.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into customers.
- Expand client base within architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, and retail clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Handle objections effectively and close sales deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Report submission
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and other sales team members to optimize strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
