Job Title: Project Manager / Business Analyst – ServiceNow
Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)
Experience: 6 to 14 years in IT project delivery (with at least 1+ years in ServiceNow)
Travel: Should be open to international travel
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects and ensure seamless coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams.
This role requires a mix of project management and business analysis expertise, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, AIOps, HRSD, CSM) implementations from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with key stakeholders
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular status meetings and track progress against milestones
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes, governance, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, ITIL)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — developers, architects, and business users — to ensure timely, quality delivery
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various ServiceNow modules and customizations
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement walkthroughs
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities
- Support solution design, UAT/SIT testing, and post-implementation validation
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, workflows, and configuration records in ServiceNow
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with 1+ years in ServiceNow project management
- Strong understanding of ITIL and project management best practices
- Proficient in Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and test cases
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage both Project Manager and Business Analyst responsibilities effectively
- Work from Office is mandatory
- Must be willing to travel internationally if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing ServiceNow enhancement or support projects
- Exposure to process optimization and automation initiatives
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications
