Position: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Starting)
Salary will be increased based on performance, learning ability, and work efficiency.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain CCTV products and services professionally.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic product information.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English and Hindi.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and respond effectively.
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
- Quick learner with good customer-handling skills.
