Job Summary
RD Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Background Verification Executives to support our US recruitment and compliance operations. The role involves verifying employment, education, and other candidate credentials through phone calls, emails, and online research while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Background verification roles commonly involve employment, education, and document validation activities for hiring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct employment, education, and reference verification for candidates.
- Contact employers, universities, and other institutions via phone and email.
- Validate candidate information and supporting documents.
- Update verification records and maintain accurate reports.
- Follow up with candidates, clients, and third-party verification agencies.
- Ensure timely completion of verifications as per client requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
- Meet quality and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs can apply).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment.
- Prior experience in BPO, Recruitment, HR, or Background Verification is an added advantage.
