We are expanding our core growth team in Thane and are looking for highly driven, resilient, and articulate Business Development Associates (BDAs) to guide aspiring candidates toward their future.
Job Overview
As a Business Development Associate, you will act as a trusted career counselor. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of candidates through intensive outbound calling, identifying their eligibility, and successfully converting prospects into course admissions.
This is a high-volume, performance-driven sales environment that rewards hustle and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales & Volume: Maintain a high daily operational tempo by executing 80+ connected and meaningful outbound calls per day to prospective candidates.
- Admission Conversions: Manage the complete sales funnel from the first point of contact to final registration, prioritizing admissions and enrollment conversions as your primary goal.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed assigned weekly and monthly admission targets to unlock high-yield monthly incentives.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Work closely with and report daily performance metrics, pipeline updates, and funnel status to your Team Leader (TL).
- Lead Counseling: Deeply understand student queries regarding language programs and international healthcare mobility, counseling them with clarity and professionalism.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or EdTech Sales (experience in student counseling/admissions is a strong advantage). At least 1 year of EdTech/Education sector experience preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional, fluent verbal and written English communication skills are non-negotiable.
- Mindset: Highly competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient. Comfortable handling high call volumes and maintaining enthusiasm throughout the day.
- Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of tracking sales pipelines and maintaining calling data sheets.
