As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a vital role in guiding prospective students, driving admissions, and contributing to the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend the most suitable training programs.
- Provide accurate information about courses, certifications, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments through effective counseling and relationship building.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students.
- Record and manage leads, follow-ups, and admissions using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Consistently achieve individual admission and revenue targets.
Who Can Apply?
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Academic Counseling, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Admissions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-focused approach with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of English , Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
