Job Title: Modular Project Manager
Job Summary
We are hiring a Modular Project Manager to manage and coordinate modular interior projects from planning to final handover. The ideal candidate should have experience in site execution, client coordination, team management, and ensuring projects are completed on time with high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of modular kitchen, wardrobe, and furniture projects.
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, vendors, and installation teams.
- Visit project sites to monitor work progress and ensure quality standards.
- Take site measurements and verify project requirements before execution.
- Plan project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with clients for smooth project execution.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Ensure installation is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports.
- Maintain client satisfaction through regular communication and timely updates.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of modular furniture and interior project execution.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and modular drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in modular interior project management or site supervision.
