Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to overall revenue growth while also supporting basic team coordination and operational activities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry connections
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and management
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

- Support basic HR activities such as onboarding and employee coordination
- Monitor team performance and assist in managing daily operations
- Contribute to branding, marketing strategies, and business expansion initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
