Job Summary:
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all security operations within the hotel premises, ensuring the safety and protection of guests, employees, and property. The role involves supervising security personnel, monitoring surveillance systems, enforcing security policies, and responding to emergencies in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security staff.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property.
- Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance checks.
- Conduct routine patrols across all areas of the hotel including guest floors, public areas, parking, and back-of-house.
- Handle emergency situations such as fire, theft, medical emergencies, and disturbances.
- Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Manage access control and ensure proper visitor management.
- Prepare and maintain incident reports, daily logs, and security records.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement authorities when required.
- Conduct investigations on incidents such as theft, damage, or misconduct.
- Ensure fire safety compliance and assist in fire drills and evacuation procedures.
- Train and brief security staff on procedures, grooming, and discipline.
- Monitor employee entry/exit and prevent unauthorized access.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
