POS Recruitment & Network Development
· Identify and recruit POS agents through various channels, including referrals, field visits, digital platforms, and local networks.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective POS agents.
· Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for POS onboarding.
· Ensure timely completion of documentation and registration formalities.
Training & Activation
· Coordinate POS training and certification processes.
· Assist newly onboarded POS agents in understanding products, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
· Ensure maximum activation and productivity of recruited POS agents.
Business Development
· Drive insurance sales through the POS network.
· Support POS agents in lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy closures.
· Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
· Promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across insurance products.
Relationship Management
· Maintain regular engagement with POS agents.
· Provide ongoing guidance, support, and motivation to improve productivity.
· Address operational and service-related issues faced by POS agents.
Performance Monitoring
- Track recruitment, activation, and business performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit periodic MIS and performance reports.
- Ensure achievement of monthly recruitment and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
