Osforh Learning Hub are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide learners in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate will counsel students, support admissions, and ensure a positive learning experience.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students on course selection, career options, and learning pathways
- Handle student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Support admissions and enrollment processes
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and orientation programs
- Maintain student records, follow-ups, and counseling reports
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams
- Track student progress and provide necessary guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
