We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring quality control, managing labor, and maintaining project timelines. If you have 3+ years of hands-on experience in civil construction and strong leadership skills, we would love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure work progresses according to architectural drawings and structural designs.
Project Management: Ensure the project is completed within the scheduled time and budget without compromising quality.
Labor & Resource Management: Manage site laborers, sub-contractors, and ensure materials are utilized efficiently with minimum wastage.
Quality Control: Inspect executed work, verify reinforcement details, and ensure all construction meets safety and quality standards.
Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and communicate regularly with project managers and clients.
Material Tracking: Check the quality and quantity of incoming materials and raise requirements in advance.

Requirements
Education: ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in building/residential/commercial construction.
Location Flexibility: Must be willing to work and manage project sites across the assigned locations.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of structural drawings and estimation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site labor effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
