About the role We are launching a new division at Glass Build Industry and need a project manager to lead it from the ground up. You will manage the full project buildup, handle formalities, purchases and approvals, and work closely with the director to get the project up and running. This is a hands-on role, about half on-site and half in the office, on a minimum one-year contract. Timings are 11am to 7pm.ResponsibilitiesLead the buildup of the new division from start to finish
Handle all formalities, licences, registrations and government approvals
Manage purchases, get quotations, compare vendors and coordinate deliveries
Plan the project timeline and keep every task on schedule
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams
Oversee site work and check quality during the buildup
Manage the project budget and keep spending records
Maintain all files, documents and approvals in order
Report progress to the director and follow up on pending decisions
Solve day-to-day problems that come up on site and in the officeWhat we're looking forGraduate or post-graduate
Own two-wheeler and willing to be on-site in Nagpur
Good Hindi, Marathi and English
Basic Excel and computer skills
