Quality Control (QC) / Materials Testing Laboratory
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, prepare, and label bitumen, asphalt, and raw material samples for testing.
- Perform laboratory tests in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, EN, IS, or other applicable standards.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Quality Management System (QMS), and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and proper storage of chemicals, samples, and testing equipment.
- Assist during internal audits, external inspections, and customer quality assessments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI,B.E Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of bitumen and asphalt testing procedures.
- Familiarity with ASTM, AASHTO, EN, and IS standards.
- Ability to operate laboratory testing equipment safely and accurately.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
