The Godown Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the storage, maintenance, inventory control, dispatch, and return of all event materials, décor items, furniture, equipment, and tools. The role ensures the godown is well-organized and supports smooth event execution.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory records of all materials and equipment.
- Supervise loading, unloading, dispatch, and return of event materials.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safekeeping of company assets.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages, damages, or losses.
- Supervise godown staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the godown.
- Coordinate with event and operations teams regarding material requirements.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are event-ready and properly maintained.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates residing in or around Adoor will be given preference.
- Ex-servicemen (retired military personnel) are highly preferred.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or event operations is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
