JOB OBJECTIVE
- Take full responsibility for dyeing techniques, operation of the dyeing production line, and production progress management to ensure target output, denim/jeans finished product quality, and on-time delivery according to requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for and strictly controlling dyeing technical parameters during production.
- Handle technical issues related to color shade, color fastness, and chemical recipe ratios on the dyeing line.
- Ensure output products meet quality standards and match approved customer samples.
- Accompany customers to inspect goods.
- Manage and possess strong skills in managing production plans.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: College/University degree in Chemical Technology, Textile Technology, Dyeing/Finishing, or related engineering fields.
- Experience: Experience in Dyeing Technique / Dyeing Production Management (experience in denim/jeans apparel industry preferred).
- Technical Competencies:
- Deep understanding of dyeing processes, textile chemicals, and industrial dyeing machinery.
- Ability to troubleshoot dyeing technical issues quickly and accurately.
- Proficient in production planning and line organization.
- Foreign Languages: Ability to read and understand technical documents in English (or Korean) is an advantage.
- Personal Attributes: High sense of responsibility, ability to work under high pressure, logical thinking, and strong team management skills.
