Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in Civil Work and Interior Designing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and executing construction and interior design projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Site Supervision:
- Oversee construction and interior design activities on-site to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide feedback to contractors and workers.
- Budget and Cost Control:
- Prepare and manage project budgets.
- Track expenses and ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Approve and process invoices and payments.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all work meets the required quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.
- Resolve any issues or defects promptly.
- Client Relations:
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and address any concerns or queries.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management within the civil work and interior designing sector.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
