Visa Operations Lead — BridgeVisas (Bhopal / Hybrid)
BridgeVisas (bridgevisas.eu) is a study-abroad and visa consultancy with offices in Brisbane, Tallinn and Bhopal, handling Schengen, Australian, Japanese and North American caseloads for clients across India and Southeast Asia.
We're hiring an experienced visa operations professional — ideally ex-VFS/BLS/TLS or ex-embassy local staff — to own file quality end-to-end.
**You will:**
- Checklist and quality-review client files to mission standards before lodgement (Schengen, Japan, Australia, Canada lanes)
- Run refusal-risk reviews: catch weak funds evidence, itinerary/insurance mismatches, ties-to-home gaps
- Build and maintain per-country SOPs and document matrices; train junior staff on them
- Manage lodgement logistics, TATs and client communication during processing
- Bring counter-side instincts: what gets files bounced, what gets them flagged, what smooth intake looks like
**Must have:**
- 2+ years at a visa application centre (VFS Global, BLS, TLScontact, IVS, TT Services) or a diplomatic mission visa section
- Hands-on document checklisting across at least two country lanes
- Fluent English and Hindi; sharp written client communication
**Strong plus:**
- Japan JVAC counter experience; Schengen desk experience; familiarity with appointment/biometric systems; CRM literacy
**Comp:**
- ₹4.5–6.5 LPA depending on tier and experience (above VAC market), plus growth into a multi-country operations leadership role.
