Sunrise Computers is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation, with the ability to manage our online presence and help grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Design graphics, banners, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Update and manage the company website with new products, offers, and content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages on social media.
- Coordinate with the sales team to promote products and special offers.
- Assist in digital marketing activities, including email marketing and online promotions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and marketing strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- Experience in social media management (preferred).
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
- Basic knowledge of website content management.
- Understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
