Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer – Civil to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures, ensuring all civil works comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the project's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct inspections of civil works in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality procedures.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material approvals, and test records.
- Raise and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Verify materials received at site meet project specifications and approved standards.
- Monitor concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, structural, and finishing activities for quality compliance.
- Ensure all site activities comply with applicable standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in QA/QC for civil construction projects.
- Good knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and construction codes.
- Experience in preparing QA/QC documentation and managing inspection records.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or high-rise building projects.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: ₹311,523.32 - ₹1,374,296.12 per year
