Job Summary
Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for an experienced Placement Manager to lead placement operations across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the placement team, building strong corporate relationships, generating placement opportunities, and ensuring successful student placements across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the placement team across all branches.
- Develop and execute placement strategies to achieve monthly and annual placement targets.
- Travel extensively across Kerala to meet corporates, HR professionals, and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with companies for internships and final placements.
- Generate new corporate leads and convert them into active hiring partners.
- Organise campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, job fairs, and placement events.
- Coordinate with branch heads, trainers, and academic teams to ensure students are placement-ready.
- Monitor student placement progress and provide career guidance where required.
- Maintain and update the employer database, placement records, and recruitment reports.
- Negotiate hiring partnerships, MoUs, and recruitment collaborations with organisations.
- Analyse placement performance and submit periodic MIS reports to the management.
- Represent Offenso Hackers Academy at corporate meetings, networking events, seminars, and industry forums.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to expand the corporate network and create new placement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- 4–6 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, HR, or Business Development.
- Experience in the education, training, or skilling industry is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong corporate networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to work with placement targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.

- Proven experience in handling placement operations across multiple locations.
- Strong network with IT, Cyber Security, and other corporate organisations.
- Ability to generate placement opportunities and build strategic hiring partnerships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
