· Prepare detailed financial reports, financial statements, and management reports.
· Develop financial models, projections, forecasting, and budgeting reports.
· Conduct company valuation using DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, and other valuation methodologies.
· Prepare valuation reports, investment memorandums, business plans, and feasibility reports.
· Assist in preparing investor pitch decks, fundraising presentations, and business proposals.
· Perform market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
· Analyse financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
· Support fundraising, M&A, investment, and business consulting assignments.
· Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.

Qualifications: -
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration.
MBA (Finance), CFA (Pursuing/Completed), CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience: -
· 1–3 Years of experience in Financial Analysis, Valuation, Investment Research, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or related fields.
· Experience in preparing valuation reports, financial models, and investor presentations is preferred.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent command of Excel and financial modelling techniques.
· Hands-on experience with PowerPoint, Canva, and presentation tools.
· Ability to convert financial data into investor-ready presentations.
· Strong communication and report-writing skills.
· Experience in startup fundraising, business consulting, or investment advisory will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
